Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and various areas of the restaurant.
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner.
- Take out the trash and ensure that waste disposal is handled according to health regulations.
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks.
