Results oriented position requires significant shop floor presence performing studies and project work. The ideal candidate will have experience in LEAN manufacturing techniques, time study methods, and an aptitude towards problem solving. Morse for his telegraph network and Thomas A. Edison for the Pearl Street Generating Station, the nation's first, built in New York City in 1882.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – Dynamic individual with key areas of responsibility to include:
- Process Improvements & Troubleshooting Aids
- Developing Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct time studies and performance capability assessments.
- Create and maintain Direct Labor Cost Standards
- Champion Plant Utilization and Productivity Program - Identify areas of efficiency opportunities and assist in improvement initiatives
- Lean Coordinator Role championing efforts in 6S
- Investigate & reduce Cost Variances
- Coordinate Plant Cost Reduction Program.
- Justify, prepare, submit and track Capital Expenditures.
- Collaborate with outside vendors to support a variety of projects/plant needs
- Other Productivity/Plant Projects as required.

- Strong mastery of Excel.
- AutoCad / Some Solid Works
- Stopwatch and / or Video techniques to perform Time Studies.
