Our attractive compensation package includes a $17.50 hourly wage, 401k with match, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Essential Functions:
- Accommodate guest/departmental needs/requests by responding to requests
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning by making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathroom, cleaning closet, vacuuming, etc.
- Checks and secures the rooms
- Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing board
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score
- Confirm with front desk once tasks are complete
