Job Title: Office Services Coordinator 2 - Washington County Department: FAES | Morgan County Position is located in Washington County, Marietta, OH. This 40 hour per week position manages the fiscal operations of the county Extension office, including the maintenence and reconcilation of appropriated and non-appropriated funds; receive and generate receipt and payments; effectively utilize OSU’s management software; maintain inventories of publications and office supplies; provide clerical support for program staff using the most current Microsoft applications; assist with client databases systems in all program areas; provide support for Extesnion Educators and program staff, as well as front line customer service to clientele; perform various front office duties; provide technical assistance to Educators/program staff, including creating newsletters, memos, reports, and other correspondence; maintain files and records; operate general office equipment; and assist with other aspects as needed. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. The pay range for this profile is $15.86 - $20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
