What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Services Coordinator 2 - Union County position at The Ohio State University?
This position is located in Union County.
Provides a broad range of office functions to support the OSU Extension Union County office. Supports three Educators, and seasonal Program Assistants. Serves as the primary point of contact for clientele. Receives and responds to inquiries related to programs offered by Union County and OSU Extension. Maintains and coordinates meeting room calendars, and makes arrangements for programs including, but not limited to, registration, food vendors, locations, transportation, etc. Produces educational materials, organizes programs, and assists in maintaining county website. Drafts, proofs, edits, and distributes correspondence to clientele. Maintains electronic and manual record keeping and record retention systems. Maintains, updates, and generates reports utilizing online database management systems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
