Job Description
The Director of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Administrator is responsible for assisting in development and implementation of the NIL strategy for Ohio State’s student-athletes. This position will provide education, resources, and compliance oversight to ensure student-athletes maximize NIL opportunities while maintaining adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional policies. The role requires collaboration with student-athletes, coaches, compliance staff, external stakeholders, and university partners to enhance a dynamic and innovative NIL program. This role will work closely with our Learfield partners to generate and facilitate NIL opportunities for student athletes.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in college athletics, compliance, marketing, or related fields. Strong knowledge of NCAA NIL regulations and collegiate athletic operations. Experience working with student-athletes, compliance, and external business partnerships. Experience in brand development, marketing, sponsorship, or contract negotiation. Experience with NIL platforms, digital marketing, and athlete branding
