This position serves as the administrative support for the ACNO Senior Director, Operational Directors, Associate Directors, and Nurse Managers of Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Services across ambulatory to provide support for fiscal and department financial activity. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for submitting travel and expense reports according to university policy, supporting payroll entry thru Kronos, and educating the department on fiscal standards and responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will serve on and develop materials for multiple committees such as the surgery center & endoscopy OR Committee’s. Additionally, they will develop and maintain organizational charts for Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Services Services via Microsoft Visio.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
