Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about exhibits in Museum
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Perform night duties including vacuuming, dusting, taking out trash, turning off lights to exhibits, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with international guests
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and billing processes
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
