Job Overview:

As a RN/LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals seeking treatment for various mental health conditions. Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in patient assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in accordance with facility protocols.

Skills:
- Proficiency in catheter care and medical office procedures.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and experience working in specialized areas such as PICU, pediatrics, or internal medicine.
- Familiarity with systems commonly used in healthcare settings.
- Ability to work effectively in a teaching hospital or assisted living facility.
- Experience working with children or adolescents is a plus.
