We’re seeking a Clinical Lead (LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S or LISW-S required) to join our leadership team at The Ohio Mental Health Center at The Trails—a private, 18-bed residential facility situated on 27 wooded acres in Newark, OH.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and support staff decision-making
- Respond to client and staff needs promptly and professionally
- Lead clinical team meetings and case consultations
- Assist in developing programming and preparing for Joint Commission accreditation
- Conduct assessments and facilitate therapy sessions as needed
- Mentor and onboard new staff members
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Active LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S or LISW-S license (Ohio – Required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered care
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
