Pine Hill Premier Senior Living
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Attendant to join our team. Pine Hill is new premier senior living on the campus of The Ohio Eastern Star Home. In this role, you will provide essential support in various ways of the senior living community. Purpose is to ensure the comfort and well-being of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the guests and their wellbeing.

Daily Shift Activities -

• Monitor security cameras
• Answer phones at the front desk
• Answer questions of residents and guests
• Control/monitor after hours ingress/egress of guests/residents
• Assist residents if locked out of their apartments
• Assist resident if they need a jumpstart (unless maintenance is available)
• Respond to Fire alarms at Pine Hill and identify emergency
• Show incoming Fire/EMS units where an incident is located or who called
• After hours, maintenance emergencies will be reported by this person to the on call Maintenance person
• After hours , will report technology issues to IT Director
• Mail/package sorting and acceptance
• Walking of building inside and outside on a schedule
• Walk residents/staff to vehicles if they request an escort
• Checking doors to verify locked, closed, and not propped
• Complete any required maintenance forms
• Complete a log of activities and issues during shift
• Able to work every other weekend
