About the RoleOgilvy New York is looking for a Designer with a multidisciplinary background to join our creative team. This is an opportunity to become part of a group passionate about design, telling compelling stories, and creating extraordinary experiences. In all things creative, we believe in pushing boundaries and clarity of execution. Our work spans brand identity, advertising campaigns, and activations.
You should have a refined design eye, know how to tastefully use typography, and always strive towards excellence in your craft. If your portfolio showcases strong design fundamentals and an propensity towards pushing creative boundaries, we want to chat .
What You'll Do- Concept and execute sound creative ideas across various mediums in an efficient and compelling manner
- Collaborate with a centralized design team that works across various accounts and projects within the agency
- Continue to develop and master your craft as a designer under the mentorship of the Lead Designer
- Develop ability to present work and push for creative excellence
- 1-2 years experience working as a Designer in a professional setting
- Advanced skillset with the latest design and presentation software
- Basic motion design
- Experience taking feedback, and working collaboratively to find creative solutions
- Motivation to grow as a designer and teammate
- Strength in organization, time management, prioritization, and ability to quickly adapt to changes
