You’ll act as a trusted advisor and growth partner, introducing companies to The OGC’s suite of consulting and AI-enabled solutions — from operational assessments to full digital transformation engagements.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with executive decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, and founders).
- Assess client needs and position The OGC’s consulting and AI capabilities as tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with The OGC’s consulting and delivery teams to scope client engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle — prospecting, presentation, and closing.
- Build long-term client partnerships that drive ongoing consulting and transformation work.
- Leverage AI tools, case studies, and sales enablement materials to accelerate deal flow.
- 3 years in business development, consulting sales, or B2B solution selling (technology or professional services preferred).
- Strong understanding of business operations, digital transformation, or AI applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
