This position is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and tracking deliveries to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The role includes managing inventory levels, working with vendors and carriers, and updating internal systems with order and logistics information. The coordinator will communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, provide status updates, and support a smooth order-to-delivery process. Daily tasks also involve reviewing documentation for accuracy, identifying process improvements, and supporting logistics planning to optimize cost and efficiency.
