Position Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Group Creative Director with a strong focus on digital innovation to lead our creative team in developing cutting-edge digital campaigns, strategies, and products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media, technology, and emerging trends, and a proven track record of creating innovative and engaging campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the creative team in developing digital strategies, campaigns, and products that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Set the creative bar for our clients and deliver breakthrough work that drives results up and down the funnel, and across the org
• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets project objectives.
• Partner with functional leaders and executive teams to demonstrate how brand and creative initiatives directly drive business growth and competitive advantage
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of digital media and technology.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and target audiences, and to develop creative solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Oversee the creation and execution of creative assets including videos, animations, graphics, websites, social media campaigns, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Lead creative point of view for business development, contributing to proposals and pitches with innovative and creative ideas.

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience in design, digital marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation.
• A diverse portfolio that showcases a refined eye for strategy, design and copy across a variety of project types and mediums
• Proven track record of creating successful creative solutions—digital campaigns, strategies, design systems and products that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professional
• Proven track record of managing and growing creative teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing teams.
• Passion and commitment for great design
