Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new corporate catering accounts
- Build recurring weekly and monthly catering programs
- Conduct in-person client meetings across Orange County
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Track outreach activity and revenue growth
- Work closely with operations to ensure strong execution and client retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate catering or food service sales experience
- Existing local network within offices, medical, biotech, law firms, or corporate campuses preferred
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits
- Self-driven and accountable for revenue growth
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Performance Structure
Compensation includes a strong hourly base plus commission on new revenue generated. This is a performance-driven position with a structured 90-day review focused on pipeline development and measurable revenue growth.
Work Structure
This is primarily a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person client engagement. Scheduling flexibility is available based on performance and business needs, but client meetings and company priorities come first.
