Under the direction and supervision of the Principal and the Director of Special Education, the Education Specialist will plan and carry out an effective educational program that will maximize learning for all students and contribute to their development into confident, competent and creative learners. Dates of Employment are from : 08/15/2025 - 02/17/2026.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Possess a valid California Special Education teaching credential: California Special Education Credential, area of Extensive Needs - Two years-experience in Special Education (preferred) - CLAD/BCLAD/CTEL or equivalent, including EL Authorization
MATERIALS -Valid California Extensive Needs Education Specialist Instruction Credential -Letter of Introduction -Resume -Two (2) Letters of Recommendation -CPR and First Aid certification highly desirable. -Unofficial copy of your transcripts showing degree(s) awarded - CLAD certificate (if not embedded in credential) - EL Authorization All of the above documentation must be scanned and attached with your online application.
