Chef de Cuisine – Lead the Kitchen with a James Beard–Nominated Chef
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to partner with a James Beard Award–nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) and lead daily kitchen operations heading into a busy season.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to run a kitchen at a high level while collaborating with an accomplished chef.

Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service
- Manage and develop the team
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and execution
- Oversee ordering, prep systems, and food cost
- Help build a culture of professionalism and respect
