About the Role:
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members and guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our beautiful pool and beach facilities. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing assistance, maintaining the pool area, and upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Register members and guests upon arrival.
- Assist families in finding designated areas and locating sanitation stations.
- Guide members to overflow areas when necessary.
- Instruct guests about pool regulations and services.
- Pool Operations:
- Manage the reservation log and ensure accurate availability.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing lounge chairs and restrooms.
- Be knowledgeable of all set up requirements and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor service standards and adherence to established procedures.
- Additional Duties:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive guest relations.
- Be familiar with all pool rules and regulations and enforce them consistently.
- Ensure service standards and daily close-out procedures are conducted accurately.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Administrative skills are a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency with computer technology is required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are highly desired.
