Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining room operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front of house operations, including dining room, bar, host stand, and guest services.
- Lead, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, train, and evaluate front of house team members.
- Monitor labor costs and staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness, service, appearance, and hospitality.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Manage cash handling procedures, daily deposits, and POS system operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication and service execution.
- Help drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and community involvement.
- Handle opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and customer service best practices.
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software preferred.
