Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.

- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by providing timely assistance in maintaining a clean workspace.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly.
Experience
