We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. Duties
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and timely repairs or upgrades as necessary.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial maintenance techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance department or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their operation.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
