Job Summary
Clinical Speech Language Pathologist – Level 1 Non-Exempt - 12-Month Schedule - Pediatric Clinic (with some school-based work) Join our dynamic and energetic interdisciplinary clinic team providing high-impact speech and language service to children and families. As a clinical SLP you will assess and support communication differences and disorders, collaborate with families and providers, and deliver neurodiverse affirming, evidence-based therapy in clinic with the potential to include some on site school clients. You will: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with payer and clinical guidelines. Provide individual and group therapy, both in person and via tele practice. Document services, progress, and reports clearly and on time in accordance with billing and compliance standards. Partner with families, educators, and other therapists to support carryover of skills across home, school, and community. You bring: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and current (or eligible) California license; ASHA certification or CF with supervision. Experience or strong interest in working with a neurodiverse student population. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, and comfort using technology for documentation and teletherapy. To apply, please submit your resume and three references.
