Great opportunity to join our 300 Senior Living Community in Pinellas County.
We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic, Customer Service driven hands on working Leader with the ability to motivate and manage the Maintenance, Housekeeping & Transportation Teams.
The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities. Planning and controlling the budget, employee hiring, counseling and termination and monitoring legal compliance measures within the departments.
Must have experience in a residential environment preferably a full service Senior Living Community; experience in most of it if not all, construction trades that work hands on with staff. A/C & Pluming are crucial.
