- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Supervise caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support residents with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments through specialized memory care programs.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, staff, and external providers to promote transparency and satisfaction.
Skills
