We are seeking a dedicated RN MDS Nurse to join our team at our facility in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate MDS assessments and contributing to high-quality resident care, aligning with our mission of compassionate healthcare excellence.

'Responsibilities'

• Conduct comprehensive MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized resident care plans.
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Educate staff on MDS processes and documentation standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to resident assessments.
• Support discharge planning and coordination efforts.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting MDS procedures.

'Qualifications'

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience with MDS assessments and Medicare regulations.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is highly desirable.
