Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our leadership support team.
This is a unique hybrid position combining direct resident care with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys helping residents while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of the community. This position works closely with the Executive Director to help ensure smooth daily operations, excellent resident care, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
Resident Care
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
- Administer medications (CMA only) in accordance with Georgia regulations and physician orders
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Assist with resident appointments, admissions, and move-ins
- Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage
- Help maintain staffing schedules and monitor staffing levels
- Track and order medical, dietary, housekeeping, and office supplies
- Maintain inventory and organize supply rooms
- Answer telephones and greet visitors professionally
- Assist with resident documentation and filing
- Prepare reports, forms, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding paperwork
- Support quality assurance initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Georgia CMA certification preferred or active CNA certification
- Previous experience in assisted living or personal care preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
