Part-Time Concierge – Luxury Penthouse Building
Location: Manhattan, NY
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Type: Part-Time
We are seeking a professional and well-groomed Concierge for an 8-floor luxury penthouse building. This is a high-end environment, and the right candidate must arrive on time, maintain a polished appearance, and provide excellent service while keeping the lobby and common areas safe and orderly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents and guests professionally
- Monitor lobby and common areas for safety and cleanliness
- Handle packages and deliveries using BuildingLink software
- Observe and report building issues or resident concerns to management
- Assist residents as needed while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable, able to maintain scheduled shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Previous concierge, front desk, or residential building experience preferred
- Familiarity with BuildingLink or similar property management software is a plus
