We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties

  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
  • Lead staff training and development to ensure high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality management
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
  • Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards
  • Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant profitability
  • Supervise kitchen management activities including food preparation, cooking standards, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with strong supervisory skills in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
  • Extensive knowledge of food industry practices including food handling, food safety protocols, and culinary techniques
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality setting
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Prior experience in managing staff training & development programs; ability to interview and select top talent
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Kitchen experience including food production, cooking techniques, and kitchen management preferred
  • Hospitality management background with experience in supervising shifts at casual dining or fine dining establishments
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications required by local health authorities
