Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Production Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols during daily operations, including the handling of industrial chemicals.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing basic maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and equipment logs.
- Assist in setting up equipment for different production runs and making adjustments to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling and machinery operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
- Experience or familiarity with industrial chemical handling, including safety protocols and proper storage.
