Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is a company of The Nutrition Group which operates the Custodial and Maintenance Management. FMS has been operating since 1986.

About The Job

FMS has an open position of Custodian at a local K-12 School District. This is a Monday thru Friday position from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM during the school year. Summer hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM

Duties May Include

• Daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms
• Trash removal
• Adherence of proper chemical handling procedures
• Attention to detail
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage
• Good attendance and able to work alone and in a group
• Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
