What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Case Manager position at The Nurse Lawyer, P.A.?
The Nurse Lawyer is a team led by the only board-certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. If you are the experienced pre-litigation case manager we are looking for, you’ll be self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking and efficient. You will have 2 years of experience as a pre-litigation case manager. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, under the supervision of an attorney. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-litigation process including but not limited to communicating with clients, reviewing all medical records, gathering policy and property damage information, preparing demands, and finalizing the closure of the case. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
