What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position at The Nurse Lawyer, P.A.?
The Nurse Lawyer is a team led by the only board-certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. If you are the experienced personal injury paralegal we are looking for, you’ll be self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking and efficient. You will have 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, under the supervision of an attorney, and with the help of a legal assistant. You will have the opportunity to handle your own cases through all phases of the litigation process, including client communication, medical records review/management, drafting discovery, E-filing pleadings, all aspects of trial preparation, and finalizing the closure of the case. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, as well as typing 65 WPM.
