What You’ll Do
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, light renovations)
- Maintain strong curb appeal by keeping grounds clean and well-maintained
- Complete service requests and general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Perform routine inspections and report any safety concerns
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and maintenance organization
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor and step in as needed
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or apartment maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
