Requirements
BA/BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical, Business or related technical degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in general management or operations in the power distribution industry highly preferred
5 years of electrical testing experience or power generation services highly preferred
Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects, delegating when appropriate
Demonstrated technical acumen to manage complex field service business with diverse customer segments and multiple product lines
3 years of experience managing operational improvement or efficiency projects a plus
Prefer NETA level 2, 3 or 4 certification

Salary $130k-$170k depending on experience
