What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern position at The NOW?
The NOW Massage is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Brand Marketing team. The NOW is a lifestyle brand under the Post Investment Group family, which focuses on four sectors; health and wellness, real estate, consumer products and pet services. This role will contribute to the growth of various lifestyle brands under the Post Investment Group umbrella, with a primary focus on The NOW.
This internship offers hands-on experience across influencer marketing, social media, PR and creative campaigns for a national wellness brand with 85 locations open from coast to coast. This position is onsite, located in Beverly Hills, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media ideation, trend forecasting and content planning
- Film and appear on-camera in social media content for Instagram and TikTok, including trend-driven and lifestyle content
- Monitor and actively engage with our online communities in a brand-appropriate manner, including engaging with like-minded brands and creators to build community and stay ahead of emerging trends
- Support influencer marketing initiatives, including list building, tracking coverage and reporting
- Support PR campaigns, gifting initiatives and general marketing projects as needed
- Use tools like Asana, SharePoint and social platforms to stay organized and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Interest in marketing, PR, influencer marketing, social media or brand strategy
- Comfortable being on camera and filming short-form content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and influencer culture
- Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation:
