Responsibilities
- Perform exceptional massage therapy services
- Consult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health history
- Deliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiences
- Perform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissue
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
- Build a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care—we provide the guests for you to build a strong following
- Collaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experience
- Continue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities
- Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA)
- Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required
