The NOW Massage is growing our team and looking for passionate, professional Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapists who want to build a steady clientele in a supportive, luxury spa environment.
Our Massage Therapists average $45–$50 per hour, including commission, gratuity, enhancements and bonuses.
Full-time therapists have the potential to earn approximately $55,000–$70,000 annually, including service commissions, tips, enhancements, and other eligible compensation. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, bookings, services performed, and gratuities.

What You'll Do
- Provide customized, high-quality massage therapy
- Perform Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Provide additional modalities based on training and qualifications
- Create a welcoming and therapeutic guest experience
- Maintain treatment rooms according to boutique standards
- Collaborate professionally with our front desk and leadership teams
- Active Louisiana Massage Therapy License required
- Strong Swedish and Deep Tissue skills
- Reliable and professional
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for wellness and healing
- Day and/or evening availability
- Weekend availability strongly preferred
