Responsibilities
- Core Responsibilities: Perform all essential Massage Therapist duties and maintain excellent attendance.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent The NOW with inspiring professionalism and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.
- Leadership Support: Assist management with boutique operations and serve as a liaison between Massage Therapists and the Leadership Team.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Manage time-off requests, provide shift coverage, forecast hiring needs, and participate in candidate interviews.
- Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly inventories of linen and equipment to ensure operational readiness and plan replacements.
- Training & Development: Provide orientations, lead service training for new Massage Therapists, and coordinate team meetings.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Leadership Team by sharing feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvements.
- Experience as a lead and/or trainer Massage Therapist
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
- Excellent guest service skills.
