Front Desk Experience Guide Lead – The NOW Boutique
Location: Somerville | Full-Time / Part-Time
The NOW Boutique is seeking a sales and service-driven Front Desk Experience Guide Lead to manage front office operations and lead our guest experience team. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational oversight, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our high standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and mentor front office staff
• Provide shift coverage and oversee daily operations
• Perform all duties of an Experience Guide
• Balance cash drawers and monitor guest accounts
• Track memberships, enhancements, and daily revenue
• Manage inventory of retail, back bar, stationary, and house supplies
• Operate Zenoti system and enforce company policies
Qualifications:
• Leadership and front office experience preferred
• Strong sales and service-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Zenoti or similar software experience a plus
