- Ensure the boutique and guest areas are clean, calm, and beautifully presented
- Open and close the boutique following standard procedures
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving finesse

- Proven sales experience and confidence in driving results
- Strong customer service background in a hospitality, wellness, or retail setting
