Eating Disorder Therapist

The Nourishment Center, PLLC
Frisco, TX Other
POSTED ON 8/31/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/30/2026

The Nourishment Center, PLLC is seeking a compassionate therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Frisco, Texas. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position with both in-office and telehealth opportunities.

About The Nourishment Center

The Nourishment Center provides coordinated, individualized outpatient care for clients experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, body-image concerns, and related mental health needs. Our therapists also work with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other co-occurring mental health conditions.

We believe eating-disorder treatment is most effective when care extends beyond the individual. Family involvement is an important part of our treatment approach, particularly when working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Our clinicians incorporate family-based principles and Family-Based Treatment (FBT) when clinically appropriate and collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, registered dietitian nutritionists, and other members of the client's treatment team.

The Nourishment Center also provides Christian counseling through our Trinity Program. Applicants should be comfortable working within a practice that offers both faith-integrated and non-faith-based services.

Experience treating eating disorders is strongly preferred but not required. Training, professional development, and ongoing collaborative case consultation are available.

Who We're Seeking
  • LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or independently licensed equivalent
  • LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW pursuing clinical licensure
  • Willingness to provide in-person sessions at our Frisco office
  • Interest in collaborative care alongside therapists and registered dietitian nutritionists
  • Strong communication, documentation, and professional boundaries
  • Some evening availability preferred
  • Eating-disorder experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort working collaboratively with parents and families as part of treatment
  • Interest or experience in integrating a client's Christian faith into treatment when clinically appropriate and desired by the client is welcomed

The practice owner is an LPC Supervisor and can provide supervision for LPC-Associates. Associates in other disciplines may work with an approved outside supervisor.

About the Position

This is a 1099 contract position with a gradually developing caseload. Clinicians may bring existing clients, but this is not required. Caseloads grow over time based on clinician availability, referrals, client needs, and clinical fit.

Our shared-service model provides clinicians with practice infrastructure and support, including:

  • Scheduling and billing support
  • EHR access
  • Marketing and referral support
  • Collaborative case consultation
  • Opportunities for multidisciplinary care
  • Professional development and eating-disorder-specific learning

Clinicians have flexibility in establishing their schedules while maintaining agreed-upon availability and practice commitments.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage-based revenue-share model and varies according to caseload and level of practice participation. As a clinician's caseload and involvement with the practice grow, opportunities for a higher revenue share are available. Additional details about the compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice, values interdisciplinary and relationship-centered care, and wants to contribute to a supportive, cohesive clinical community.
