Property Manager & Leasing Agent
We are looking for a leasing agent/property manager to join our team at The Northwind Group for our property at 275 Ridge Road, Wethersfield, CT, a 64 unit apartment building. Looking for a part-time employee to work 5 days a week onsite 10 - 2 M-F.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing of facilities including scheduling maintenance, responding to tenant requests/concerns, and property walk-throughs to ensure the look of the community is up to our standard
- Engaging prospective tenants and negotiating leases as well as filling upcoming vacancies and handling renewals
- Handle onsite inquires, email inquiries and tours.
Experience in the Real Estate field is a must as well as customer service skills. We are looking for a positive, outgoing and friendly individual that will leave a lasting first impression on prospective tenants as well as our current residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
