About the Position:
Qumulo is seeking a Compensation Analyst who excels at data analysis, thrives in cross team collaboration and has a passion to dive into the details to generate insights to guide the business.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a partner on compensation issues, through data driven decision making and staying abreast of industry best practices, benchmarks, and innovative compensation practices
Support the administration of programs in areas such as equity compensation, compliance, and recognition.
Own compliance with respect to all compensation programs. Work with internal and external partners and ensure compliance with reporting and global, federal, state, and local requirements.
Complete annual benchmarking and other relevant survey participation
Evaluate and assess exemption status for new/revised roles using FLSA standards.
Evaluate global market conditions and provide recommendations based on local talent market and labor laws
Support the semi-annual pay review cycle, competitive market analysis and off-cycle compensation changes
Ensure the internal job leveling framework and compensation structures are aligned through relevant external benchmarking and internal assessment
Partner with Finance and other functions to ensure accurate reporting for Payroll, equity administration and other administrative processes.
Conduct one-off compensation analyses, proactively and reactively as needed by People Partner team.
Conduct audits of and maintains survey database and compensation information within multiple platforms and systems.Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on a diverse scope of issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Solid process management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish and prioritize tasks as needed.
Ability to articulate ideas and proposals clearly to stakeholders
