The Sage Neuroscience Specialists are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a fulfilling role with autonomy, strong support, and work‑life balance. Position Highlights
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: About 9-12 patients daily (varies)
- Practice Setting: Sage Neuroscience clinic with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs, 4 Medical Assistants, and 3 Technologists
- Technology: Advanced MD
Responsibilities
- Provide care for outpatient neurological patients, including care coordination and referrals
- Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, and support staff
- Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
- Procedures include botox injections, skin biopsies, VNS programming (practice will provide training)
- Document care using Advanced MD
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Between $130K-$165K salary range (based on experience and scope of work)

Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board Certified NP (Board Certification required upon time of start)
- Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
- New graduates and experienced NPs are encouraged to apply
