Role Description
The Supervisor at The North Face will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring the highest level of customer experience and sales performance. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, optimizing store operations, assisting in reaching sales goals, and maintaining visual merchandise standards. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Frisco, TX.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
