What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lean Agile Coach/ Program Manager position at The Norland Group?
We are seeking an experienced Lean Agile Coach with some hands-on experience in Program Management. This resource will have proven expertise in leadership coaching and organizational transformation. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, can influence at all levels of the organization, and is comfortable creating and delivering executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of Lean Agile principles with exceptional communication and Program Management skills to guide leaders and teams toward sustainable agility. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executives, senior leaders, and teams to embed Lean Agile practices across the organization.Provide leadership coaching to help leaders adopt lean principles and mindsets to foster high-performing cultures.Design and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly articulate transformation strategies, progress, and outcomes.Facilitate Lean Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored coaching roadmaps to improve team performance, delivery flow, and collaboration. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build organizational capability.Act as a change agent, challenging existing practices and enabling continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with Lean Agile delivery practices.Lead Value Stream Management initiatives, helping the organization identify, optimize, and measure end-to-end value delivery.Guide teams through structured problem-solving using the Lean Playbook, ensuring issues are addressed systematically and solutions are sustainable.Measure and report on transformation progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.Lead and coordinate complex IT programs and projects to ensure alignment with business and technology strategies, managing interdependencies, resources, and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. Minimum QualificationsStrong background in Lean, Agile, and organizational change management. (minimum 5 years’ experience needed)Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching at senior and executive levels.Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering to executive stakeholders.Hands-on experience with Value Stream Mapping and Management.Familiarity with Lean Playbook techniques for complex-based problem-solving.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
