ASSIGNMENT IS REMOTE AND EXPECTED TO GO ONSITE AT OGO 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH.

Customer service skills and prior customer service experience ideal, detailed oriented, communication skills, and reliable.
START FOR ASSIGNMENT WILL BE IN JUNE NOT EARLIER.
Position Summary
Establish and maintain customer accounts. This includes implementing contracts and customer services agreements, ensuring accurate and timely billing, establishing quality controls, and providing ongoing customer/client feedback. This role supports mission of helping customers access programs that improve affordability and financial stability. Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures for customer outreach.
