What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at The Nordic Sales Group?
We are looking for motivated Field Sales Representatives for one of the nation’s leading telecommunication providers. As Fiber internet continues expanding into new neighborhoods, we’re looking for driven sales representatives who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and earning based on performance.
(Territory includes the greater Albany metro area and surrounding communities (including Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, and Western MA/Pittsfield area).

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly, in-person presence.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Resilient and coachable. You don't get discouraged by a “no”.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you'll travel to assigned neighborhoods).
- Able to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
- Sales, retail, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus. But attitude matters more.
- Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
