The Noli Shop, founded in 2015, is a boutique women's apparel e-commerce brand based in Miami, Florida. Noli designs versatile pieces that blend day and night wardrobes, focusing on key color trends, flattering fits, and impeccable fabrics to make you feel sexy and confident.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Noli Shop is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team on-site in our mid-town Miami office. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
The role is entry to intermediate level, ideal for someone eager to build and expand their career in e-commerce and the women's apparel space. The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring that all products, collections, improvement efforts and content are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand.
Working closely with the Marketing and Web team, you will manage multiple projects, maintain strong attention to detail, and communicate proactively. You will manage our Marketplace efforts and Product Feed to ensure accuracy and growth in sales. An eye for luxury, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of the Noli brand and its affluent customer base are essential. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, eager to collaborate and contribute to the company’s digital growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that site content and product is correctly prioritized and refreshed to create an elevated, best-in-class experience; ensuring site is accurate reflection of brand strategy.
- Successful execution and implementation of seasonal campaigns into the customer journey and through site merchandising.
- Execution of online merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and decrease return rates for domestic and international purchases
- Manage products and inventory on our Shopify store, including product creation, optimization and maintenance, copywriting, edits, and photo coordination.
- Manage products and inventory on our marketplaces through Mirakl, Faire, etc.
- Responsible for daily site review to deliver elevated, best-in-class experience; ensure site is accurate reflection of brand strategy.
- Translate marketing initiatives into compelling on site collections
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on product priorities, marketing assets, product knowledge, etc.
- Support on site QA and content/product programming as needed
- Analyze site and product performance to provide actionable insights
- Review and analyze returns and exchanges for product and site opportunities
- Work with partners and within Shopify apps to drive conversion rate and site improvements
- Additional responsibilities as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Shopify Plus and retailer-specific technologies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT etc, specifically for data entry/manipulation within CSV/XLSX files)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business or a related field preferred.
